We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Elixir/React) who is proactive, motivated, and dependable. You will take ownership of projects, tackle problems from end-to-end, and collaborate within a small team to build a product that truly makes a difference.

In this role, you will:
• Lead and contribute to full-stack development using Elixir for backend and React for frontend.
• Own the entire development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and implement scalable system architecture and robust APIs.
• Work closely with the team to accomplish the product roadmap.
• Collaborate within a compact, high-impact engineering team to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure strong code quality, maintain strong testing discipline, monitor systems, and strive for operational excellence.
• Engage with third-party APIs and develop our own APIs.
• Proactively suggest innovative technical solutions and enhancements.
• Support infrastructure, DevOps, and scalability topics including AWS, CI/CD, monitoring, Docker, and Terraform.

This is a full-time position. Our primary working hours align with CET/CEST, and we expect at least 45 hours of overlap with CET for collaborative work.
