Role Description
Remote role for an Elixir Developer, please be fluent in Polish and English. The developer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Elixir. Key tasks include developing APIs, debugging and optimizing existing functionalities, testing for robustness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of systems. The role also entails contributing to code reviews and fostering best practices in software design and architecture.

Qualifications
Expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework
Experience with API development and designing scalable backend services
Proficiency in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Familiarity with functional programming concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL preferred) is beneficial
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, or real-time data processing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred to be located in Poland
