Role Description
This is a remote role for an Elixir Developer based in Poland. Fluency in Polish is required; English proficiency is helpful but not mandatory.
You will be joining our Poland-based technical team and working alongside our Senior Elixir Engineer, Marcin. The role involves designing and implementing scalable, maintainable backend solutions using Elixir. Key responsibilities include developing APIs, debugging and optimizing existing functionality, testing for robustness, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient system integration. You will also contribute to code reviews and help foster best practices in software design and architecture.

Qualifications
Expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework
Experience with API development and designing scalable backend services
Proficiency in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Familiarity with functional programming concepts
Experience with PostgreSQL
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Experience with real-time data processing or video streaming systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
