How These Reports Work
Each report follows the same process. We take every remote Elixir job listing posted on HexHire during a specific time window, isolate the ones that include salary information, then clean the data: removing non-developer roles, correcting mistagged salary periods, and deduplicating reposted listings. What remains gets split by seniority level, region, and currency.
The numbers are medians and ranges from real job postings. They are not self-reported developer surveys and they are not projections. Every figure links back to the original listing on HexHire so you can verify it yourself.
We publish new reports roughly every two months. If you want to know when the next one drops, check back or browse current job listings in the meantime.
