7+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years Elixir experience or strong functional programming background with recent Elixir
Strong hands-on experience with Phoenix & LiveView
Complex UI state management and responsive web applications
Strong UX/UI understanding and modern web patterns
PostgreSQL & data modeling
REST APIs / GraphQL
Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
AWS or other cloud platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills
🎯 Primary Focus
Build responsive, interactive UIs using Phoenix + LiveView
Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Contribute to frontend architecture and design systems
Develop backend services and APIs using Elixir/Phoenix

Ash Framework
Real-time / highly interactive LiveView applications
React Native or mobile development
Sentry, Grafana, AppSignal
