Elixir Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with experience in Elixir or another purely functional programming language to join our technology team. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates currently living in Brazil. The role includes 2–3 visits per year to our office in São Paulo, each lasting about one week.

What the successful job applicant will be working on: Your work will include developing new features, contributing to architectural decisions, and addressing technical debt across our applications. You will work with a modern, production-grade stack and will have room to grow into broader responsibilities over time, including contributing to new services and applications as our platform expands.

Position on remote work

Remote job: Yes
Remote restrictions: Brazil only. Also, although this is a fully remote role, you’ll occasionally be asked to join us in São Bernardo (2-3 times a year, 1 week duration) for meetings, collaboration sessions, and team events.
