We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Elixir Developer with strong frontend expertise to help build the next generation of an innovative automotive technology platform.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack but has a true passion for crafting elegant, responsive user interfaces using Phoenix + LiveView. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and visually polished applications.
🔹 Key Qualifications
7+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of hands-on Elixir experience (or strong functional programming background with recent Elixir work)
Deep expertise with Phoenix and LiveView, including complex UI state management
Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI patterns
Experience building responsive, interactive web applications
Strong PostgreSQL and data modeling skills
Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
AWS or other cloud platform experience
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
🔹 Responsibilities
Frontend & UX (Primary Focus)
Develop and enhance responsive UI using Phoenix + LiveView
Collaborate with designers to implement polished, intuitive experiences
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Contribute to frontend architecture and design system evolution
Backend & Platform (Full Stack Scope)
Develop and maintain backend services using Elixir/Phoenix
Design and document scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL)
Contribute to data modeling and performance optimization
Write clean, testable, maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and mentor team members
Support production systems and contribute to Agile ceremonies

Experience with the Ash framework
Real-time/interactive LiveView applications
Observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, AppSignal)
React Native or mobile experience
Familiarity with AI/ML tooling in Elixir (Nx, Bumblebee)
