We are building backend systems that handle real financial transactions, KYC, and transaction monitoring with compliance built into the core.
Our backend is primarily written in Elixir due to its strengths in concurrency and fault tolerance for high-load systems.

Job description:
We are looking for a backend engineer to help scale and evolve our payment infrastructure. The role involves building high-performance APIs, transaction processing systems, and real-time compliance pipelines.
Salary range: €5,000 – €10,000/month depending on experience (Elixir and fintech background)
Qualifications or experience required:

2+ years of backend development experience

Hands-on experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other financial domains (required)

Experience with scalable systems (Elixir/Erlang, Go, Java, Python, etc.)

Understanding of distributed systems concepts

Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
