About The Role
We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Elixir Developer with strong front-end skills to help us build responsive, real-time web interfaces using Phoenix LiveView. You’ll work across the stack but with a particular focus on crafting rich and performant user experiences. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid Elixir foundation who is passionate about front-end development and wants to grow their back-end experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end — from database schemas to LiveView components.
Required Skills
professional software development experience
Elixir experience, ideally with Phoenix and LiveView
Strong skills in building interactive, responsive web UIs
Familiarity with front-end tooling (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JS Hooks)
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Comfortable working with APIs (REST or GraphQL)
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development workflows
Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain real-time front-end interfaces using Phoenix LiveView
Implement full-stack features across Elixir, Phoenix, and PostgreSQL
Translate UI/UX designs into functional, production-ready code
Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine user flows
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards
Help troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement of our platform
Preferred Skills
Production experience with the Ash Framework
Contributions to Phoenix or LiveView open-source projects
Familiarity with component testing or accessibility audits
