Senior Elixir Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer | Elixir, LiveView, Phoenix | Fully Remote (US) | Up to $180,000

A growing tech team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Elixir experience to help build a brand-new, greenfield application from the ground up. You’ll join a small, highly autonomous group that values clarity, craftsmanship, and collaborative problem-solving.
This isn’t maintenance work, it’s hands-on product engineering where you’ll be trusted to make decisions, move fast, and keep quality high.

The role:
Build and evolve a well-structured Elixir application using Phoenix, LiveView, and TailwindCSS
Work closely with product and design to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant user experiences
Improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the platform
Contribute to architectural discussions, process improvements, and technical direction

What you’ll bring:
Strong experience across the full stack with Elixir
A pragmatic approach, you care about clean code but know when to ship
Awareness of security, privacy, and data protection best practices
A proactive mindset and comfort working in a small, self-directed team
